We pride ourselves on providing exceptionally high quality physiotherapy care and our aim is to use clinical time effectively. We respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice to cancel an appointment to avoid a 50% cancellation fee. A non-attendance (no-show) with no notification will be charged at 100% of the appointment price. We understand that cancellations are sometimes unavoidable, due to illness or in case of an emergency, and we take into account all individual circumstances. Cancellation with good notice allows us to accommodate emergency, on the day and rescheduled appointments, so other patients can receive treatment.

We reserve the right to ask for a 50% deposit, as is deemed necessary, especially during busy periods and over Bank Holiday weekends, where demand for physiotherapy appointments is high.
